I've been working on charm spells for PRR. I've posted a bit about the problem before, but here is the quick synopsis I posted to the nwn boards:

Last night I released beta002 of the PRR3 system. It includes a minor rework to how rumors are constructed that should answer a lot of the feedback I've gotten. I also did a good amount of testing on using PRR with the PCO scripts and they seem to be working great.
The fine people at nwvault were able to approve the PRR this morning and it's now up. Here are the links:
I just submitted the beta to the vault. Hopefully it will be up tomorrow!
Well, I finally got the transitions working. After two weeks of debugging and thinking about it, I suddenly remembered a one second DelayCommand() in a function that was causing the database flush to happen after the module had unloaded. I reworked the transition to account for this and it's working great now.
Spent some time over the weekend and tonight working on the module transitions. My big breakthrough came when I realized that campaign scripts don't seem to compile during a "Compile All Script in Module" action. Now instead of nothing transfering, all factions drop to 0. Not the intended action, but at least I'm getting closer!
Well I did some more work on the tutorial this morning. I'm finding it's a great way to QA the scripts and I've found a few things that I was able to make more clear during the documentation process.
At this point I've got the following sections:
Chapter 1: Using basic reactions
I spent some time last night working on a tutorial for how to use the PRR system. It's currently just a simple word document with screen shots that I'll probably turn into a pdf. I'm struggling a bit with the standard balance of how technical I should get.
The latest version that I've posted here is an example module. Load it up with a rogue and try to steal from the vendors. Still a work in progress.
For the most part, I unplugged last weekend and was able to relax a bit over the short holiday. Still, I made more headway on the PRR system. At this point, almost everything is in place and just needs to be thoroughly tested. I spent some time trying to decide the best way to do that decided to write a quick example module.
